I lost 60 pounds and it changed my life. I am driven to keep
myself and others the best possible shape. I know how hard it
is to stick with an exercise program. Anyone can be successful
if you put your mind to it!

I remind my clients that every exercise, no matter how simple,
improves their daily life and overall wellness. I show them that
exercise does not have to be boring, painful or monotonous.

Spending time with my husband, playing sports, being outside.

I am blessed with the ability to walk, run, lift and jump. I want
