Personal Motivation to Exercise:
If there were a drug that could reduce all the health risk every one of us faces, it would be the most widely prescribed drug in the world. Exercise is that medicine, and thus my way to maintain health and overall wellness.
How do I Motivate Clients?
I motivate my client’s with my passion for the field of health and exercise science. I truly love this field, and am ready to fully embrace anyone who wants to lead a healthier life style.
Hobbies/Interests:
I like movies, long boarding, snow boarding, seeing friends and family, playing with my dog, and eating good food!
Philosophy on Health/Wellness:
Our ability to move is one of the most important aspects of our lives. Thus, I find few things more fulfilling than using my knowledge, skills and abilities to help those in need of exercise and wellness.
