Strength Training with Style and Grace

This isn’t your average ballet class. Infusing classic ballet moves with the principals of strength training, this workout will provide a new, challenging way to exercise. Barre will lengthen and tone every major muscle group while improving your balance. A small group setting will allow for personal attention to form and safety.  This is an advanced workout for both women AND men!

This four class series begins on the first Tuesday of every month from 10:00-10:45. Participants will need to invest in non-slip socks.
