Pilates Reformer Training

Pilates is a method of body conditioning created to address total fitness by using stretching and strengthening exercises.  It is designed to tone muscles and improve posture, flexibility and balance. 

Private Pilates Reformer sessions  at DCFL are designed to help increase flexibility, build strength during core stabilization, improve agility, and help with economy of motion. It is a great option for athletes, rehab or general fitness. Individuals wishing to improve their Pilates techniques will also benefit from these sessions.

Training Sessions

Private training sessions are available in 30 minute or 60 minute formats.  In addition to private sessions, DCFL also offers hour long Duet Training, Pilates training for two.
