Designed Especially For Women
“Women on Weights” is a 10-week resistance training program for women designed to reduce body fat and increase strength. Participants will learn to design and develop a balanced weight-training program to meet their personal needs. The small group setting promotes accountability and provides a supportive and motivating environment. Classes meet twice weekly. The course includes a pre- and post-course fitness assessment.
