| Personal Motivation to Exercise: |
|
I find motivation through personal accomplishments. I began
running in college and gradually increased my distance to
running 5K’s , 10k’s and even a sprint triathlon. I found extreme
confidence in meeting my goals and the way that my body felt.

| How do I Motivate Clients? |
|
My passion for exercise and its obvious benefits often is motivation
in itself. I remind my clients that patience is the key, and that
they will definitely feel better all-around after working out.
|
| Hobbies/Interests: |
|
Running outdoors, cooking, spending time with my husband, watching movies, and reading.
|
| Philosophy on Health/Wellness: |
|
You can do what you set your mind to. Make realistic goals and
approach them one day at time. There will always be setbacks so
you cannot lose motivation, jump right back on the wagon and move
forward. Make exercise and good nutrition part of your life.
