Personal Motivation to Exercise:
My love of fitness, Pilates, movement and yoga aids me in achieving a greater sense of well-being. Helping others to develop an awareness of breath and body is motivating for me to grow in my own program.
How do I Motivate Clients?
I motivate clients to use a positive attitude to achieve realistic goals through personal commitment to making changes in their daily life. I work hard to help clients become stronger, increase flexibility and find comfort as well as confidence within their own bodies, their own self.
Hobbies/Interests:
Golf, tennis, Ashtanga yoga, ethnic and vegan cooking and wine.
Philosophy on Health/Wellness:
