Getting on Track Weight Loss Program concentrates on strategies that can help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight long-term. This eight-week series combines the professional support and advice you need to be successful, including:

Nutrition Basics Class is a single-session class taught once a month which covers topics such as importance of and where to find basic nutrients, portion-size demonstrations, food choice comparisons, and daily food guide plyramid application?a great way to learn nutrition fundamentals.
Nutrition Counseling is a private, one-on-one consultation provided by a Licensed Nutrition Professional. The main objectives are identifying your individual needs, setting goals, and developing a plan to assist you in reaching your potential, with continued support.
