| Personal Motivation to Exercise: |
I am always on the move, I can’t stand to be sedentary! I enjoy the challenge and being able to look back and see the developments I have gained by sticking to a routine. I want to be able to live independently for as long as I can, and I know that exercise is a key component.

| How do I Motivate Clients? |
A smile and a casual approach is a great way to start. With encouraging words and my own display of excitement for fitness, I show clients that they are capable of more than they may assume and to take their time - there is no rush or competition!
| Hobbies/Interests: |
Dancing with my dance company, live music, playing instruments, classic cars, and spending time with my friends
| Philosophy on Health/Wellness: |
Make health and fitness a habit! It can be incorporated into so many aspects of life, that it shouldn’t be confined to a gym or health facility. Set small goals and aim for them one at a time. With a positive attitude, patience, and taking each day and making the best of it, we can all live healthy, independent lives.
