Personal Motivation to Exercise:
Exercise has always been a part of my life. I had a very long and hard recovery after being burned in a house fire. I knew that I did not want to depend on others to help me with everyday tasks, so I knew that exercise and therapy were the two keys to get back in good health. As a former football player for ECU, I continued my dedication to exercise.
How do I Motivate Clients?
By helping them understand the benefits of exercise and how it will help their overall well-being.
Hobbies/Interests:
Playing sports, exercising, and traveling with my friends.
Philosophy on Health/Wellness:
Overall wellness is more than just exercise. It is a lifestyle that you can incorporate into everyday living!
